Not just bergamot, but DOUBLE bergamot Earl Grey steaming with a little milk.

Coupled with Dried Blueberry-lemon scones fresh from the oven made with whole-wheat flour and yoghurt instead of cream. The secret is 1) mix dry ingredients separately and don’t overmix when adding wet and 2) underbake by 5-8 minutes.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, crumbly blueberry goodness.

Here’s the recipe I started from. Just substitute the whole wheat flour for the flour and yoghurt for the cream in the same amounts. 🙂
