I used some pie crust to make curry pies with leftover curry (so this is a leftover leftover recipe). With the scraps, I decided to make a dessert today.

Pie crust scraps

sugar free jam

wheat germ

frozen lowfat yoghurt

sugar free chocolate syrup

After baking the pie crust scraps (about two inches square) in a 350 oven for about ten minutes, I put them on a plate

I then put sugar-free raspberry jam/spread over it, sprinkled wheat germ over the jam, put a scoop of frozen yoghurt on top, and drizzled chocolate syrup over the whole thing.

OMG. Delish. And only slightly guilty!!!!!!

Both girls approved.

Of course one could omit the wheat germ, substitute with chopped pecans or oatmeal or whatever…..
