Magical powers, definitely. I could never handle the maintenance on a spaceship

The Phantom Tollbooth and the McCaffrey Pern series.
What thing do you wish you could go back in time and tell your 10-year-old self?
Don’t throw away those first editions of Wizard of Oz…actually, what I would say is something Sherri Shepherd from “Dancing with the Stars” said when she was eliminated: “that thing that scares you the most, that makes you say, ‘I don’t know if I can do it. I’m scared,’ run towards it because it’s so amazing on the other side.”

So it’s totally lame and overdone, but really I’m most proud of my two, gorgeous, genius daughters…and I make a mean sweet potato brownie.
