So we discovered this AWESOME Korean sauce that my family puts on Bibimbap and makes it scrumptious (veggies and ground turkey sauteed in sesame oil and garlic on rice). But we always have both the spicy and non-spicy sitting around in our fridge taking up space. Girl1 likes to put it on scrambled eggs, which I am a whole-hearted supporter of. However, today I had for lunch brussel sprouts that I pan-roasted in garlic and olive oil until it got a little color and then mixed with:
1/2 cup of K-Mama Sauce
1/8 cup of tahini
1 squeeze of lemon juice
S00000000000000000 delicious. The whole family ate brussel sprouts for lunch without any arm-twisting on my part.
